This post covers how to use Pilera’s share form capabilities to send forms to your residents.
Brief:
To get the sharable link from Pilera go to the form you want to share and click the share button. A new section of the page will open up with the link. Copy the link to your clipboard and paste it in the outgoing email.
Step by Step:
- Access Pilera as a manager.
- Using the dropdown go to the community with the form.
- Go to the resources dropdown and select forms.
- Click on the link to the form you want to access.
- Click on the share button.
- Use the copy to clipboard button. If the copy to clipboard is not working, then highlight the entire URL next to the button and copy it manually.
- Add the link to the relevant email.
- Send the email.
Be aware:
- Do not change the URL, any changes to the URL may have unexpected outcomes.
- Do not provide the link to someone who does not have access to the form. They will not be able to access the form.
- Forms are community specific, you must use the community link unique to each resident’s community for it to work.
- Managers who use the link will be forced into the resident UI and have to log out and log back in to access their manager tools.
