How do I add lease information in Pilera?

How to Track Lease Information

Summary: To manage and track lease information within the occupant profile.  If your HOA community uses a resident web portal, owners can now manage and maintain their unit's lease information.  

Step by Step:
  1. Navigate to the Community tab and click on Occupants.
  2. Select the specific occupant in the search bar or by searching down the list.
  3. Click on the Unit tab on the left-hand side.  
  4. Under Lease, click on the "Add Lease" icon.

     
  5. You can add a variety of information such as lease number, start and end dates, deposit amounts, move in and move out dates, billing, notes, and more.  Click on Add Lease once you've completed filling out the fields.  



Lease Expiration Reports
  1. Navigate to the Reports tab and click on Lease Expiration Reports.
  2. Enter in the start and end dates along with additional fields that you want to show up in the report.  

     
  3. Click on Run Report.
     
  4. You can also download a copy of the report in Microsoft Excel or copy and paste the report into an application of your choice.
