Under the ‘Settings’ tab select the ‘Office Hours’ button. In the new window make the necessary changes, once you have finished this select the blue ‘Submit’ button.

CLICK ‘Settings’ tab and select the button ‘Office Hours.’
- A WINDOW WILL APPEAR listing the current office hours shown to the occupants. Make the changes that are necessary.
- ONCE YOU HAVE MADE THE CHANGES select the blue button reading ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the page to submit the new office hours.
- TO APPLY OFFICE HOURS TO MULTIPLE COMMUNITIES, click the "Apply Hours to Multiple Communities". A new dialog window will open. Check-mark all the communities that you want to copy the office hours to.
Tips:
Once you have made the necessary changes you can send out a quick notification to your occupants informing them about the new office hours to eliminate confusion.
