How to send a Rule Violation

Brief:


Under the ‘Tickets’ tab select the ‘Rule Violation’ button. In the new window select the ‘Add Rule Violation.’ Fill out the information with the red asterisks and select the ‘Add’ button at the bottom of the page.
 

Step-by-step:

 

  1.   CLICK ON "Tickets’  and select the button that says ‘Rule Violation’.



       
    1. ENTER IN THE TICKET INFORMATION.  This includes subject, description, category, and search and open for unit. (If you are having difficulty locating the unit for the rule violation type u: list all units. You can also write out the last name or email of the units resident)



    You can send an email notification to your resident if you choose, assign the rule violation to a manager, and add attachments.   At the bottom of the screen hit Add to submit your rule violation.






     

      Tips:


     1. 
    To view Unit Rule Violations, go to the Rule Violation Dashboard. (Go to Tickets, Rule Violations). There you can run reports and do searches.




    2. You can also do a search for Rule Violations from the Unit View. Find your resident, and click on the 3 dots at the end of their name line. Go to "View Unit Details" and there you will see all of that unit's rule violations.
