If you change or update your email address, will I need to create a new Pilera login?

What happens when a manager or a resident needs to update their email address?  Do they need a new login?   


When you update a new email address, the login will not change just because the email address changed.  So the login would still be the old email address with their password, unless you send them a new welcome email which would allow them to change their login email address to the new one (they can even keep the old password).

 

Here's a sample, I changed the email address on this record, and then you can see the login username email is the old one.  Most likely, managers or your residents would want to change their login to the new email address, otherwise things could get confusing.   To do that, just send a new welcome emai.
