Share Financial Information to QuickBooks sub-customer users.
There are many ways to configure your QuickBooks data and many users will create sub-customers under the main owner. This can be used for spouses, other owners or a variety of different reasons. When you want to format your data this way but still have all customers in that household still see financials you will need to take a few steps.
Ensure the parent customer is set and check the 'Bill parent customer' checkbox.
Edit the sub-customer profile and make sure they are linked to the parent.

Set Invoices to Parent Customer
If you are not seeing a specific invoice showing in the system it could be because an invoice is set to the sub-customer instead of the parent. Make sure all invoices associated with that property are billed to the main parent customer.

If you are still not seeing the financials then please reach out to Pilera support so we can help you. In those instances it is most likely a simple configuration change on our side.
