Support for multiple units under a resident login

Pilera supports the capability for residents that own multiple units to access them under one login account.  

How residents can access multiple units:
1. Log in to the resident portal.
2. In the dropdown at the top of the screen, the resident can toggle between the units they own.  They can then view documents, messages, events, payments, and more for one unit at a time.  To switch units, residents can click on the drop-down and select another unit they wish to view.  They can now do this without needing to log out of Pilera. 



Conclusion: This capability saves residents time by giving them a platform where they can access multiple units under one login.  If your residents are unable to access all of their units under one login, please contact Pilera's support team at support@pilera.com.
