How do I add a new manager in one community, or in many?
1. The first thing you'll want to do is select the "Add Occupant" button. You would make them a manager type on Pilera Support Street.
2. Once you have added your manager into one of your communities, go to their Pilera profile page, and click on "Adjust communities" to quickly assign that new manager to all of their communities.
3. You can then go to "Settings" and "User Roles" and assign the appropriate roles to that person. When you get to User Roles, click on the first tab and do a search for that manager, there you can assign all the appropriate roles. You can do this for one community, or do a search to pull up all of your communities and you can assign the roles in all communities at once.
